Concept Design
The renovation of the north-west wing of the National Academy of Sciences is built around three pillars: History, Culture, and Science. The project preserves Kazakhstan’s scientific heritage through archival facilities and a Rare Book Museum, creates spaces for exhibitions and educational events, and provides modern library and reading areas to support research and innovation.

Architectural heritage value
The project reinterprets the building’s existing materials and color palette to create a contemporary environment that respects its identity and reinforces its historical continuity.
