Project Context & Program
Set between two existing buildings and opening onto a large inner courtyard, the project builds on a strong industrial framework. The former production spaces are adapted into a flexible workplace for entrepreneurs, startups, and creative users, combining open work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
A central staircase structures circulation and connects all levels, organizing the overall layout. Open-plan areas encourage interaction, while quieter zones support focused work. The interior combines raw industrial elements with warmer materials to create a balanced and comfortable workspace.
